There is no container-load minimum for Australian buyers. We deliver domestically in 25 kg bags from as little as 250 kg, and supply right up to full container loads (FCL) and bulk contract volumes for export. Small studios and large industrial buyers are both welcome.

Yes. We can arrange laboratory-grade samples of most standard grades for pre-purchase evaluation and bench testing. Mention the grade and your application in the enquiry form and we will arrange it.

Yes. Every shipment carries a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis issued against the agreed specification, certified by a local authorised certifier — not a generic data sheet.

Yes. Flagship grades are independently tested by ALS Brisbane, a NATA-accredited laboratory, and the Certificate of Analysis is published openly so buyers can verify the source document. See our lab reports.

Yes. On request, shipments are inspected before despatch by SGS, Bureau Veritas or Intertek at the buyer's nominated port. The choice of inspection agency is yours.

Yes. Share your target specification — mesh size, chemistry, moisture and packaging — and we will match it against our supply network and confirm achievable tolerances before you commit to an order.

Where we hold Australian warehouse stock, material can ship ex-stock. For imported consignments, typical lead time is around 8 to 10 weeks from order confirmation, and recurring programs are scheduled to your production calendar.

PIME supplies on FOB, CIF, CFR and EXW terms, as well as ex-warehouse delivery within Australia. The applicable Incoterm is stated on each quotation.

Yes. Australia is our home market, and we also supply buyers across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, South Asia, Europe and North America, subject to export controls and destination-country requirements.
