PIME buys quartz, feldspar, dolomite and API 13A barite from qualified producers and exporters, and resells them to buyers in Australia and New Zealand. This page explains how a producer becomes a PIME Supply Partner.
Mine owners and lessees, processors and established exporters who can show a legal source, consistent lot-to-lot chemistry, accredited-laboratory certificates and export experience. We are a principal: we buy on our own account and resell under our name, so we qualify every partner before the first order and keep the relationship private.
Approval makes you eligible to be offered Supply Commitments. Each commitment is a separate signed document that fixes material, grade, quantity, term, price and payment terms once PIME holds a buyer's order.
| Stage | Documents |
|---|---|
| To submit | Tax registration certificate; one primary contact; at least one source site; one complete material with its lot certificate of analysis, your safety data sheet, a product photo, a price with Incoterm and validity, and sample terms. |
| Mine owners and lessees | Mining lease or allotment, environmental clearance, mining registration (in India, IBM Rule 45), and a transit-pass sample. |
| Before approval | Export licence, bank details in the company's legal name (confirmed by phone), and any third-party inspection or audit report you hold. |
| Per shipment, later | Commercial invoice, packing list, lot certificate of analysis, weight certificate, certificate of origin, packing declaration, and a fumigation certificate only where timber packaging is used. |
Certificates uploaded at registration are lot certificates, not per-shipment certificates. Per-shipment certificates, optional pre-shipment inspection and periodic independent verification are described on our lab reports page.
No. There is no listing fee and no subscription. PIME earns its margin on resale. Registration does not oblige PIME to buy or you to sell; binding volumes are agreed only in a signed Supply Commitment for each deal.
No. Supply Partner profiles, contacts, prices and documents are private to PIME. PIME names a Supply Partner publicly only with that partner's separate written consent.
A PIME team member reviews your details and, if they fit, emails you a sign-in link to the supplier portal. There you read and accept the Supply Partner Agreement, complete a short disclosure statement, and build your profile: company registrations, sites, contacts, documents, and each material with its typical analysis, packaging, sample terms and price. PIME then cross-checks the registrations, phones your primary contact, and approves the profile.
Express interest in a few minutes. Existing partners sign in to update prices, documents and materials.
The details you enter are handled under our Privacy Policy and the collection notice shown in the portal.
